Welcome, to (Blossom Studios) "We, They, Us" by accessing our services and products you ("Client", "You", "Your") agree and bound to

the terms and conditions if you do not abide or agree to these "Terms" we recommend you do not use, or buy our products.

1 Acceptance Of Terms

1.1) Nature Of The Agreement

This agreement constitutes a legal and or legally binding notice, agreement towards from Employees x Clients when providing Services,

brand. As well for every client, employee, partner or affiliate agrees to abide and follow these terms and conditions from Blossom Studios

Alongside blossom has and holds the right to refuse service towards anyone.

1.2) Consent Upon Order Purchases

By submitting an order, creating the order ticket and buying our (Solutions, Services, Or Products) in our Community And or website,

it automatically shows you agree and abide by our services and conditions.

1.3) Acceptance of Additional Policies and Guidelines

In addition to blossom terms and conditions, we have other policies and guidelines for (Refunds, Discounts, Deals and our Currency System)

1. Refund Policy [-] All Sales and Purchases are final from Blossom Studios, No Refunds will be given back after purchases towards

Clients, when buying and finalizing our orders.

2. Discounts [-] Discounts are to be used when given, it is first come first serve with clients, and there may be multiple use discount

codes. As well when discount codes date expire, they are no longer useable in Blossom Studios Community.

3. Currency System [-] We may authorize a currency system for users, when or if ever a (Refund) is authorized by a Co Executive+ or '

ownership team member. As well currency points may be given as well if orders are behind, or backed up to use on a different date

or time.

1.4) Rights To Enforce Our Agreement

We hold the right to enforce our agreement or terms and condition towards clients; we hold the right to suspend, cancel, terminate or blacklist

clients, and or users to any access of our Website, Products, Services, Or Community. As well we have the right to terminate, suspend, or cancel

if the users violate "Discord TOS", or Blossom Studios Services. "Users can have their account terminated for reasons such as"

1. Abuse Of Terms & Conditions [-] if caught abusing our terms and conditions your account can be terminated, or suspended,

blacklisted. For doing so it is strictly **PROHIBITED** to do so.

2. Reselling, Copying Assets [-] if caught reselling our assets, or copying our assets, you may face legal action, as well it can get

your account suspended, blacklisted and or terminated. For doing so it is strictly **PROHIBITED** to do so.

3.) Bullying & Harrassment [-] in our community, it is strictly **PROHIBITED** to bully, harrass, discriminate towards our clients,

community members, it can get your account terminated, blacklisted, or suspended. As well dependent on the severity, of

the Bullying and Harrassment, you may face legal action.

1.5) Voluntery Engagement & Client Responsibility

With clients, it is your responsibility to give information requested towards from our employees or staff. Helping us, can help you finalize in

products, services purchases.
